Product Summary
The TMS9900NL is a programmable system interface, multifunctioned component designed to provide low cost interrupts and I/O ports in a 9900/9980 microprocessor system. It is fabricated with N channel silicon-gate technology and is completely TTL compatible on all inputs including the power supply (+5V) and single-phase clock. The programmable system interface provides a 9900/9980 system with interrupt control, I/O ports, and a real-time clock shown in figure 1.
