Product Summary
The MC1569R is a positive voltage regulator designed to deliver continuous load current up to 500 mAdc. Output voltage is adjustable from 2.5 Vdc to 37 Vdc. The MCI569R is specified for use within the military temperature range (—55 to +125°C).For systems requiring a positive regulated voltage, the MC1569R can be used with performance nearly identical to the MC1563 negative voltage regulator.
